I’m 26 years old and work in Salford Quays. I am a live in landlord and have been doing this for nearly 4 years. I am ideally just looking for someone for January and February. It’s a clean and relaxed house. I also enjoy walks at the weekends with my dog Nancy and chilled nights in watching tv.
I have 2 available furnished double bedrooms in a property on a new build residential estate just off Manchester Road in Bury available from Jan.
Car parking is available.
All bills included, the house has broadband Wi-Fi and Netflix is included on the downstairs TV.
