House Share

House share on the Tudor Grange estate on the border of Radcliffe and Bury. I am the live in landlord.

£600 per month includes all bills.

I live on my own but my partner and her pet dog (the dog is sleeping in the lounge pic) may stay a couple of nights a week.

Your bedroom will be bedroom 2 from the floor plan in the advert. It is furnished as per the pictures and currently has a single bed in there. I'm in the process of replacing the bed frame. There is ample room for a double bed if you want to bring one.

The bathroom in the pictures will more or less be your sole bathroom as I have an en-suite but my partner uses it if she stays.

The house has been fitted with new appliances and furniture throughout and there is fibre broadband and streaming services on the TV. There is a large patio from the house to the garage but the rest of the garden is a work in progress!

There is a parking space for a car on the driveway.

The entrance to the estate is on the 98/471 bus routes and has easy access to local public transport links to Bury, Bolton and Manchester City centres.

I will request employment and previous tenancy references prior to any agreement.
