I just bought my first house and would love to have a housemate to live with me. It’s a 4 bed house and has all the normal house stuff. There’s on street parking and a little garden. I still need to finish decorating but the loft room has a bed and mattress and is ready to go! Also has chest of drawers.
You can decorate it however you want (including painting or whatever you want to do)
The room itself also has a BEAUTIFUL electric fireplace.
