Double room 7 miles M/CR centre

I work from home full time.
I'm looking for an honest, mature, responsible, quiet, clean, houseproud working adult. Non smoker(outside ok) and not a party animal.

Monday to Friday preferred but would consider other temporary
options for right applicant including short term lets.

My house is a 3 bed terrace,
with lounge, kitchen/diner, basement conversion, utility room with ground floor shower room and a bathroom upstairs.
Only 7 miles from Manchester city centre and 20 mins drive to the Trafford Centre.(Not in rush hour obviously)
The Metrolink is a 10 minute walk so easy access to Bury/Manchester/Altrincham.
ASDA & LIDL is a short walk as is
the bus station. Tescos/
Aldi/Morrisons 5 mins drive.
The bedroom is furnished with fitted double wardrobe, double bed(new mattress and very comfortable)and 2x3 drawer bedside tables. Lamp, mirror, TV ariel and electric sockets. Bedding provided if required.
Wifi and all utility bills included. I have Amazon Fire TV . There is a TV aerial socket in the bedroom. The basement is converted but is my glory hole.
I have a very friendly dog. She's allowed anywhere in the house except the lodger bedroom. But if you don't like dog hair then my place isn't for you.

£350 for Mon-Fri
