There is a large communal kitchen/diner with all the mod cons... so great for socialising after work as you prepare a meal. Your housemates are all full-time working professionals, who like nothing better than to kick back and RELAX after a busy day's work, in this quiet and friendly house. 
 
ALL INCLUSIVE 
ALL BILLS are included within the rent: TV, gas, electric, council tax, water, and broadband. The deposit is equal to one month's rent or we offer a deposit replacement insurance! 
 
FACILITIES 
As you would expect, there's gas central heating and double glazing to keep you nice and WARM, 2x large shared bathrooms, plus there is a modern fire alarm and emergency lighting system to keep you nice and SAFE.
