Double room/house in Ramsbottom

I own a two bed house in Ramsbottom, and I am looking for a professional person/couple to take care of the house whilst I move to Leeds to study a Masters. I am looking to rent out the larger/double room, along with the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The rent would include all bills and a cleaner. There are neighbours on both sides so I would prefer someone who wouldn’t be having regular parties, there is a back door to a shared back yard/street.
