Top floor double bed room with en suite bathroom. Sorry not suitable for wheel chair users or any one that struggles with stairs. The room is private and light and airy. the Bathroom is small but has a rain shower sink and toilet. There is a shared down stairs which has a TV room and also a reading room for quieter down time. There is a shared dinning area with all the usual utensils. The other occupants are both employed and work shifts so there is a need to respect the need for quiet sometimes ! other than that everything is pretty chilled. There is a Back garden with a pond with fish in and it is pretty quiet most of the time. Main road to front of house and parking accross the road should it be needed. On a bus route into Ramsbottom (10 minutes) and Bury(15 minutes) Cafes and bars are very accesable. Walks and countryside/ forest (5 minutes away). WiFi accesable and included in the rent. Utility room on 1st floor. Down stairs toilet. Occupant needs to be tidy and clean. One Dog lives in down stairs area who is friendly and clean. Council tax band D which is included in rent.
