Double room to let in a 2 bed house in the middle of Reddish. The room is newly decorated and has a brand new bed, mattress, duvet, comfy chair and chest of drawers

Communal areas are the large kitchen/diner, bathroom and living room. 500mb broadband and Sky HD included, as well as all other bills and council tax. There is a rear garden with patio, driveway and ample on street parking on a very quiet road.

It's a short walk to the Heatons and only 2 minutes to the bus stop, which gets you either to the centre of Manchester or Stockport within 20 minutes.

I work weekdays and I am out at different times of the day, but also spend the odd day WFH. Most evenings I'm at the gym and then like relaxing in front of the TV. I'm happy to spend time hanging out but also understand the need for personal space and alone time.

I'm a tidy person and want someone with similar values, as all cleaning duties would be shared.

The house has recently been renovated with an extension and brand new kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances and a breakfast bar. The extension has a separate seating area and small utility/toilet space.

The room is available 1st December.
