I am the owner and this is my main home, but I work away and sometimes stay at my partner’s place during the week. I come back regularly to clean, check on the flat, do bits of maintenance, and I’ll stay on the sofa on bed deck in the living room when I’m here (usually the odd night or weekend)
I’m never in the way – you’ll basically have the place to yourselves most of the time. The bedrooms are yours, and the living room/kitchen/bathroom are shared when I’m around (which isn’t often). One room/housemate is already in place, so it’ll be a chill setup with two people total (plus me popping in occasionally).
The flat is clean, modern, good location, everything you need. Looking for relaxed, respectful people who are happy with a low-key arrangement. This room comes with parking space but can reduce price if not needed. Also happy to discuss Monday to Friday set up at reduced price if would suit.
