Spacious Room in Terrace House

My name is Leila :) I bought my place in Reddish last year and am looking for someone lovely to take my spare room for a little while.

The Room & House:
Your room would be the larger of the two and is a south-facing double, with a double bed and a chest of drawers - plenty of room for a desk, if you have one. The house is a two-bedroom with separate living and dining rooms, a newly-renovated kitchen and a small back garden which gets plenty of sun (when we have it). There’s also a wood-burning fire in the living room which gets super cosy in the cold months. I have a 10 month old kitten called Fig so someone who’s happy around animals is essential!

I'm open to someone who can only do a Mon-Fri let, so let me know if that suits you and the rent would be adjusted to fit this.

The Area:
I’m situated right by the main high street, a huge Morrisons and a bus route which takes you to Manchester and Stockport city centres. Reddish North train station is a 15 minute walk away and will take you to Piccadilly in 10 mins or through all the lovely spots in the Peaks on the way to Sheffield. Reddish Vale country park is very close by too and an amazing spot for walks. There are also a few old mills nearby with shops, a gym and swimming pool etc.

About Me:
Originally from Brighton, I’ve been in Manchester for over a decade now. I juggle a few jobs: I’m a workshop facilitator working for various arts charities, a PA for a man with a brain injury, and I’m also a trained actor. I’m chatty and outgoing but equally value my alone time and to relax after work :) I’m big into interior design so there’s always some sort of project going on and YouTube tutorial on in the background. I’m a big lefty so someone with similar values would be preferable. Good music, good food and good conversation are always appreciated!
