Room with bills inc - must like dogs please read

I'm renting out the second bedroom in my Two bed house. Hoping for a female house mate someone chill but also up for movie nights, dog walks and dinner!

Must be a dog lover as I have a friendly dog
I run my own business and work at home , in Manchester and away on occasions.
If you were a full or part time home worker that would work well as I’m looking for occasional help with dog sitting and this is reflected in the rental price

I am open to discussions about this !

I have a home office space perfect for working from home too with super fast internet.

I’ve lived here for a year now and it’s truly home to me and my dog! It’s a beautiful house with a garden in a good area with decent transport links.

I have furnished the spare room it’s got a double bed , mirror, wardrobe and some draws too. The wardrobe isn’t the best but I can get rid of it if you’d rather a new one. And if you want any of furniture taken out I can.
