Large Double Room in a Newly Refurbished House

Putting feelers out as I still have a lot of painting to do 😅 hoping to upload pictures over the coming days - I will then upgrade

I have uploaded the old floor plan - however downstairs is much more open plan now

The room is fully furnished with a 42-inch TV and a decent mattress - not a landlord special

- Driveway parking available
- 2-minute walk to Reddish North station (around 10 minutes into the city centre)
- 5 minutes walk to Reddish Vale Park

Shared kitchen and bathroom and use of the living room when I’m away. I’m Cabin Crew based at London Heathrow so I’m often away - but on my “landing days” you’ll find me rotting on the sofa questioning my life choices 🥴

I’m looking for someone of a similar age who is clean, tidy and respectful. Liking pink would be a bonus (because there is alooot of it in the house 😅)

And just so expectations are aligned… the doormat does say “No F**kboys Allowed”

When I’m not away with work, I’m also a support worker for homeless young adults. I love the gym, I’m partial to a cheese and wine night 🧀🍷 and I take a strong stance on the importance of a good nanny nap 👵🏼😴
If I have time somewhere in my busy schedule I’d like to start horse riding again or find a furry friend on the Borrow my Doggy app

Rent is £500 pcm plus gas, electric and water - I keep bills separate as it’s fair and avoids any arguments over usage
