We will have two furnished rooms come available in our house from 14/07/2023. Room rates as follow:
Deposit - £250 (for single occupancy)
Deposit - £350 (for couple occupancy)
Single - £90/week (1 person)
Double - £100/week (1 person)
Double - £115/week (couple)
The rent includes Water, WiFi. On top of that Electricity, Gas and council tax bills will be divided equally among housemates. We will consider short term tenancy.
The house is within a mile distance to Train & Tram stations. Takeaways and Off licence shops in walkable distance. We are also on regular bus route, bus stops right infront of the house. Easy connect to Motorways. Ideal for professionals.
