Looking for friendly and professional housemates to join our lovely home in Rochdale.

We have 2 double bedrooms available in our spacious 4 bedroom house, with 2 rooms already taken. The house has one bathroom, but the landlord is considering adding a separate shower room and toilet. All rooms are well furnished and large, and we have a well equipped communal kitchen diner.

The house has large gardens all around, which provide lots of off-road parking.

The available rooms are:

Standard double room: This room is accessed via a full staircase and has plenty of space, including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk.

Standard double ensuite room: This room is fully insulated and has a large area through window providing privacy up to the road. It also has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk.

Rent:

Standard double room: £576 pcm
Standard double ensuite: £656 pcm

Transport:

The house is well located for public transport, with a bus stop nearby and the train station a short walk away.
