- Tesco Superstore is just a 4-minute walk away, or a Petrol
Station/Corner Shop is 3-minutes.

- Sandbrook Park is an 8-minute walk away containing Restaurants, Fast food chains (McDonalds, Subway' KFC) Bowling, Odeon Cinema, and a Pure Gym.

There are many shops, supermarkets, leisure facilities, Gyms, Hospital, Restaurants, take aways, and other attractions all within a 10-minute drive.

Travel:

It's a 15-minute walk to Castleton Train Station or a 20-minute walk to Rochdale Train Station, then 12-20 minutes on the train to Manchester City Centre
Door-to-town takes 35 minutes when timed right, and bonus the trains always have seats!

About Me:

I'm Rhys, a full-time working professional within the Insurance Industry for the last 10 years. I work in town and live in my recently purchased New Build.
I like to keep a reasonably clean and tidy household and would expect any housemate do the same.

I enjoy exercise & nutrition, going out to Restaurants and Cinema with friends, Fishkeeping and Rock Climbing.

Animal Friendly- I have 2 very well house-trained cats that enjoy human attention. They'll be your best friends if you let them or take the hint and leave you alone depending on your preference.
