About Me:
I work from home most of the week, only going into the office once. I'm looking for a housemate who enjoys socializing but also values their own space from time to time. Ideally, you’d share an interest in film and TV, so we have something in common when we do hang out. I prefer a relaxed atmosphere without loud music. Drinking is fine, but I only do so occasionally. Guests are welcome with prior notice. Ideally would like someone who shares a similar passion in movies or all things nerdy.

Room Details:

Spacious single room, desk, single bed and chest of drawers supplied.

Shared kitchen and bathroom.

Rent: £450/month (utilities and broadband included).

Interests:

Marvel, Doctor Who, Football, Boxing.

Watching films/TV series.

Open to younger applicants who enjoy a balance of socializing and quiet time.

Additional Info:

I have a whippet—he is friendly and absolutely loves people.

While I enjoy socializing—whether it’s watching a movie or heading to the pub—I also appreciate personal space and quiet moments.

Ideally I would prefer a non smoker.
