Spacious Double Bedroom with En-suite

Our home is a stunning newly built bespoke executive detached house with gardens and parking for several cars.

What was once a large family home is now mostly empty, as the little ones fly the nest, and now only one 24 year old "child" remains at home with us.

We have a spare master bedroom with en-suite in our home which we wish to rent out to a responsible female student or professional who is either from the Islam faith or has a good understanding of Islamic values aligned with British values of respect and dignity. We are a practicing Muslim family.

On the weekends the house is bustling with people as the extended family return to "Nani’s", so this would ideally suit someone Mon-Fri but we will consider full week for the right person.

The bedroom is massive. For the right person we can consider equipping it with a sofa and a “kitchenette” with microwave, kettle etc to make it a self contained studio flat for the right person.
