Double Room To Rent

Double room in 3 bedroom house. There is just me so will only be 2 of us living here.

The room is equipped with double bed, bedside table, drawers mirror and under bed storage. I can look at providing a wardrobe if required. Towels and bedding also provided.

There are two living rooms both with TVs so you would also have space downstairs to use. One of them has a wood-burner.

Kitchen with oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, air-fryer. Cupboard space for your food and shared fridge/freezer.

Bathroom has shower over bath.

Lovely big garden with patio and decking area.

Broadband, Netflix and Prime TV

I do have cats so you will need to be ok with this.

Will consider short term for a few weeks if needed, just ask. If weekly - £150 per week.

Great location for transport links, in between Junction 20 & 21 of M62 5 mins drive to both. Also 5 mins to Rochdale Train station. 10-15 mins drive to Oldham hospital so perfect for any locum doctors/nurses.

Must be working - I work from home a few days a week so another homeworker wouldn’t work.
