Hey, we're looking for a new housemate to occupy a spare double room in our house share, ideally a non student.
I'm a young professional, aged 26, and like to think of myself as sociable, friendly and considerate.
This will be my 5th year in the house, so hopefully that speaks greatly for the house / landlord.
The house has 2 toilets, a bath & electric shower, double glazing, central heating, on street parking, an outside patio area, fibre optic broadband, and is in council tax band A.

Rent is £256 pcm / (about £325per month with all bills included.)

It's a decent sized house, very reasonably priced & ideally located imo. 5-15 minute walk from Whitworth / Alexandra park, 15min walk from both universities, 10min walk from Asda / Lidl. 30 minute walk from city centre.
