Double room available in Rusholme

We have a room available for the 2019/2020 academic year in a 4 bed house in Rusholme. You can move in from end of August 2019.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. There's a shared kitchen/dining area with a washer/dryer, shared living room and 1 main bathroom with a shower, and 1 half bathroom.

The other tenants are 3 female students, 2 will be going into 3rd year at MMU and 1 into 2nd year at BIMM. We would prefer a 2nd/3rd year or postgrad student as the house is in a quiet family area, and we would have more in common. We are all clean and tidy, so someone else equally respectful of others would be great.

The house is within walking distance to MMU and UoM, a big Asda, Lidl and other shops, as well as being on the main bus routes. Rent is £90 a week paid in 3 installments through the year (but can be altered if you want). There is on-street parking available too.
