En-Suite All Female Flat, Groceries Nearby 24/7

Hi I am Aroni, a fourth year PhD student in University of Manchester and looking for a female student to take up my contract from mid-June until the end of my contract which is 16/07/2022.

I have lived in this private accommodation since 2017. I rebooked it again and again as the room is perfect! The price including all bills is £ 143/week or £ 20.5/day.

The room: This is a 4-bedroom flat, but only another very friendly girl is living there as everyone else has left for summer. The room is fully furnished in excellent condition with long study tables (which is very useful if you want space when studying), a 3/4 double bed (quite larger than a single), a wardrobe, a closet and an attached bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. So you share bathroom with no one, There is a big window with lots of natural light in front of the long study table as shown in pic. Only shared space is the big-sized kitchen/living also fully furnished with microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, water heater, iron, vacuum cleaner etc.. Laundry, Parcel, 24-hours maintenance team, and gated security services are far better than the other student halls. Super fast WiFi and all bills included in rent. I felt safe and relaxed knowing that there was a constant service at the reception downstairs in case I wanted something. The people on the site are super friendly and offered to help if I needed Sth. There is a lift, very useful when you move in/move out as most halls i have seen doesn’t have one.

Location: It’s one of the best in terms of security, and right on oxford road. Given the current situation in UK, there is a tesco, lidl, Poundland and Worldwide, main Oxford within 30 seconds walking distance from the doorsteps which means you don't have to travel a long distance for groceries. Also you can take the free bus (if you are a UoM student) or can walk 8-12 mins to both University of Manchester/ University of Metropolitan (by bus it takes 5/7 mins respectively for the 2 universities). City centre is 15/20 mins by bus.
Lild/Poundland/subway/mc Donald’s/several restaurants/halal shops/groceries all 1/2 mins walking distance. 1 minute away from curry mile by walk. The Whitworth park & museum is opposite the accommodation and you can run/cycle there. Very beautiful. There are bus stops 1/2 min away from the doorstep as well and is on the main road (Oxford Road) with frequent buses every 2-4 minutes.

Short stays are welcome as my contract ends on 16/07/22 and if you want, you can extend your stay here by renewing the contract with the hall, **depending upon availability in the hall after 16th July.
