Room at Park View Manchester (M14 4LA) to let asap

I am moving out of my en-suite room at Park View for personal reasons. The room is a very decent size, with a modern en-suite. It is a £137 per week, and the location is brilliant. Please get touch if anyone is interested. The room is ready to move into whatever day preferred. Wilmslow road is a 5 min walk where you could find possibly anything. Brilliant transport links to the city centre and elsewhere in Manchester with a bus stop right outside. My room is facing away from the road which means it is nice and quiet all the time. University of Manchester, and Manchester Met are right around the corner which means its no hassle getting to uni. Looking for anyone who is willing on taking up my room. Please get in touch.
