ROOM NEEDS TO BE FILLED BY A FULL TIME STUDENT THAT WILL TAKE OVER THE CONTRACT STARTING IMMEDIATELY AND ENDING 18/07/20.

I have a bronze en-suite room available at the Rusholme Place Living Village, owned by 'Campus Living Villages'. The room has a 3/4 bed and en-suite with plenty of desk and storage space/wardrobe. Vacating the room due to personal reasons, the room is in great condition and all bills (including wifi) are included in the price per week.

Laundry facilities on site and 24/7 support from staff and security. In a very convenient and safe location near a J. D Wetherspoons, Tesco Express, Lidl, Poundland and Subway. Also opposite popular bus route to both University of Manchester and MMU.

This room is in a full flat (mixed gender). All flatmates are very friendly and welcoming as they know that the room will be getting a new tenant. Shared kitchen and living space with plenty of storage and good facilities.
