One double bedroom is available in a clean three bedrooms house. The house is a shared accommodation suitable for mature students or professionals.
Strictly required clean and tidy people and no smokers.

- The house is located close to the Universities (Manchester and Manchester metropolitan), to the curry mile and princess road with many bus services to the city centre and airport.

- All bills are included except electricity (which it normally costs £10 a month per person. Council tax not included for professionals and it costs about £40 per month). There is no agency or admin fees but an equivalent of one month rent is required as deposit (which is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy if no damage is made to the property) and the rent is paid in advance as usual.

- All appliances are available, unlimited wireless WiFi connection is also available. A weekly rota must be in place to keep the house clean and tidy.

- Fully furnished. Triple glazed glass windows recently installed. New cooking hub and fan oven. Gas central heating.

- Please note the room is NOT available to couple, people with pet, smokers and messy people.
