Hello all students!

We have 3 rooms available in a 4 bedroom house in Rusholme - close to the Universities, Oxford Road, and to bus routes in and out of the Universities/City Centre and an easy walk into the university.

The house itself has all the usual ammenities, GCH, Double glazing, Fridge, freezer, washing machine and all rooms are fully furnished. Its a no frills student house - no fancy decor etc. But it has everything you need to live comfortably :)

The rooms currently available are 3 double size rooms (one room has a double bed, the others have a single bed).

We were students ourselves at Man Uni, so we know what it is like to be on a budget. As we aim to rent out to students in this house, this is reflected in our rental price, allowing you to keep more money in your pocket.

Double room with double bed - £510 rent a month - one room available from sept 30th only. Deposit £510

Double room - £500 rent a month - 2 rooms available immediately. Deposit £500

Gas, electricity, water, internet and communal TV licence included (you may need separate licence for TV in your room).

Student house so no council tax.

This is an ideal budget house for three friends on the same course, or for an individual who prefers not to live in Halls of residence.
