Double bedrooms in student house, bills inclusive

Hi, I have two double bedrooms available in this three bedroomed student house share. The rent is £160 per week including bills (gas, electricity, water and internet). Flexible start between 10th September to 1st October 2026.

Long term let only, minimum tenancy 11 months.

You will be sharing this house with one girl who will be doing her master degree.

The house is located at Maine Road, M14 7WQ. It is about 15 minutes walk or 5 mintues by bus to Manchester University/MMU and Oxford Road or ASDA Hulme. There is also an Aldi supermareket that is 5 mintues walking distance from the house. Parking space is available outside of the house.

This house is fully furnished. Each bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table, a desk, mirror and coat hanger etc.. In the dinning room and kitchen, there is a fridge freezer, a washing machine, a gas cooker, microwave, kettle etc. The bathroom is a quite new and it was refurbished not long ago.

Each bedroom has individual locks and the house is offered with double glazing and central heating.

The deposit is £600. It will be fully returned upon fulfilling the contract.

I am a private landlady, so there are no agency fees or hidden charges.
