Shared living room with TV (Netflix included to the rent). Large, fully equiped kitchen. Spacious bathroom with tub. Spare single bedroom for guests and extra storage. Backyard for sunny days, street parking always available.
Rent is £400. Water, Netflix and Internet included to the bills. Electricity and gas is shared equally.
