Tenant criteria:
Vegetarians and vegans preferred
Mature students/MSc students/PhD students
Quiet, friendly, tidy, willing to help out with cleaning and socialise
Chilled out treat the house with respect
Pay rent on time
Generally willing to make my life easier as a landlord

The house is a new build and is fully furnished. Renewable energy provider (gas and electricity). EPC B rated. 80mb fibre optic broadband. Lots of storage in the house.
Downstairs is a double garage where the washing machine is plus extra storage.
There is a back garden perfect for BBQs.
Upstairs is the kitchen/lounge. In the kitchen there is everything you would expect inc toaster kettle oven built in fridge freezer.

Walk to Wilmslow Road will take about 10 mins and you can get a number of buses from there (eg 42, 43, 142, 143 and loads of others which run almost 24/7). Basically the house is in a really good location.
In terms of nearby amenities loads of takeaways and corner shops within walking distance plus of course all the shops in the Curry Mile. Aldi is 10 mins walk from the house and a bit further out 15 mins away is Lidl Tesco Express Sainsburys and Subway, McDonalds etc
