The deposit is 400+ 400£ rent 800£ to move in as a
single person

will be required -+ proof that you are working, or you can
pay your rent
Available from 17 September, all bills included. Provided with everything that you need.
Minimum stay 9 months
I will decide if you fit in the house to live with us.
Female preferred since are more clean, tidy and less problematic.
