Spacey single bed in well located student house

The room has a single bed, but could have easily held a double, so there is a lot of floor space. There is a sitting room, and sizeable kitchen diner leading onto a paved garden. We are hoping to have some planters once we are settled in. The bathroom is upstairs and has a bath and separate shower.

We are three students, two studying music and one studying liberal arts. We are a queer and trans household and preferably looking for someone who is the same, or at least friendly. We are a mixed bag of personalities, from outgoing to more of a homebody.
