One Double Room To Take Over In Student House

as per title- this is a double room to take over in shared accommodation in a stunning house a twenty minute bus ride from city centre. this house is more than spacious per private room and common areas that come furnished. (private areas furnished with a very generous double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and side table).
house also includes a lovely kitchen with hob come oven, updated microwave, and large amount of storage space (even a kindly left stereo).
there is a separate scullery area off of the kitchen with a sink and washer; as well as a door to a very sweet little garden that catches a great deal of sun.
there is also a large shared bathroom on its own 'semi floor', furnished with: a sink, toilet, wet room style shower and separate bath and shelving unit.

the private room itself is spacious, as previously stated, and you may enjoy privacy on the ground floor, towards the back of the house, while the two other rooms are on the first floor.

the two current tenants are twenty two year old men. who, i have found to be conscientious and tidy housemates, as well as just plain kind. they are interested in all forms of media, (particularly: film, music and gaming) and are very easy to talk to, warm, and welcoming.
both have active social lives, though are aware and respectful of noise and the time, as both will soon be working full time jobs themselves.
