Looking for another student to take over my current tenancy so need someone to take over ASAP. The house has one bathroom, kitchen, living room/diner, 3 bedrooms and a spare upstairs room. Bills are included in rent. All rooms are spacious and there is a small garden out the back. Tenant will be living with two other friendly students, male and female, who study at Manchester Metropolitan and University of Manchester, in years 3 and 2, respectively. House is also furnished.
