A single room to let in an amazing three bedroom Georgian house on Moon Grove, a quiet, picturesque and historic cul-de-sac – Manchester's oldest residential street – in walking distance / a short bus ride to the city centre.

You will have the use of the full house: a large living room, dining room, a kitchen with access to a sunny courtyard and a large garden, while the basement contains the washing machine and dryer.

All bills (including very fast broadband) included in the monthly rent.

One other resident, the landlord – a university lecturer – is at the house on average four days per week, so the person who takes the room will have the house to themselves much of the time.
