Double room near Whitworth and Platt Fields Park

The room is part of a friendly terrace house let to young professionals. I am a current flatmate looking to move out, as a room has opened up in a friend's house, however I cannot reccomend this place enough!

All bills, including council tax, are included and paid by the landlord, making this room an exceptional value, especially for the location.

LOCATION 🗺️
The house is ideally located with access to town in 15-20 minutes via the 111 bus, or easily cyclable in 10 minutes. As mentioned in the title, Whitworth park and the Whitworth art gallery are very close, a mere 10 minute walk or 4 minute cycle, and Platt Fields Park is a similar distance in the other direction. The location also has great access to the Curry Mile, (less than 10 minute walk), where some of the best cuisine in Manchester can be enjoyed.

AMENITIES 🛋️
The house comes furnished with a spacious and open plan lounge/dining area as seen in photos. There is a shed in the back yard for storing bikes 🚲 a bathroom with a new bath and shower 🛀 as well as convenient Google home-controlled heating 🔥!
The kitchen contains everything you might want, including a new washing machine!

FLATMATES 🧑‍🤝‍🧑
Current flatmates are Travis, an Australian Chef who works at a fancy restaurant; and Joe, who works for an organisation that puts on summer camps to secondary school kids. They are both very friendly, and will soon be joined by a third flatmate as Javi is also moving out.

This house would therefore be suitable for a young professional or postgraduate student!
