Looking for new tenant ASAP

Hi, We are looking for someone to move into this 3 bed ASAP! The property is next to Platt Lane so only around a 25 minute walk to the Univeristy of Manchester and also has plenty of bus routes to all of the main universities!!

There are 2 girls living here currently and we are 21 and 22 and are both postgraduates as well as working alongside. We are preferably looking for another female housemate around the same age who is also a postgraduate/ young professional etc. We are both clean and friendly people and would love to find someone on the same wavelength 🙂

The monthly rent is £575 (including bills). We also pay council tax and would want to split this 3 ways with the new tenant so overall would be around £620 a month. The house is let by Thornley Groves and currently as a few minor issues but are getting them sorted currently and are nothing major. The bedroom that is available is shown on the images and is at the front of the house.
