Looking for a student to take over a tenancy in our 3 bed student house. The room is a double room downstairs, with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a small back garden and street parking out the front.

We are situated between the curry mile and fallowfield, along the bus routes. It is a 15/20min bus journey to the University of Manchester and 20/25mins to Manchester Metropolitan University.
