1 Double Bed Room

HI, I am looking for someone to take my current room. the room is on the ground floor, double bed, includes a wardrobe, bed side table, book shelf and drawers. There is also a study desk and mirror. This is in a share house and it includes 6 girls and 2 boys. There is a massive kitchen garden, 2 bathrooms and a living room (common area). Majority are students but apart from me others also work full time too as well as part time.

Bills are included. Its a 10 minutes walk for brook street- bus number 50 and very close to Rushoulme, and Oxford road. Transport to city centre and shops such as Poundland, Superdrug, Lidl etc.

I am looking to move by November- it is a minimum stay of 6 months. Within the contract you can stay for a shorter period of time as long as you find someone to take your room.

Everyone is friendly, quite talkative and easy going.
