LOOKING FOR FOURTH FLAT MATE (ONE ROOM AVAILABLE IN FOUR BED HOUSE) AUGUST/SEPTEMBER 2025

Hi we’re Ro, Connie and Leah. We are currently living in a 4 bedroom house in Rusholme, Manchester. The house is a short 4 minute walk to Tesco express, lidil and to a world food market. Also a 15 min walk to UOM and a 25 min walk to MMU. One of our flat mates is moving our next September (2025) and we’re looking to keep the house so we have a spare room for September 2025.

Room is very spacious. It is an upstairs room (second biggest room upstairs). House has two toilets, one bath/shower, kitchen and living room. There are videos available but I can’t upload them here ((screen shots from the video of the room uploaded)), feel free to ask for more videos/photos of the rest of the house. We also have access to a garden/outdoor space and resident street parking if you have a car.

We will have just finished our MAs/MScs and will be doing our PGCEs so ideally looking for another postgrad student or working professional to move in, though open to undergrads as well!

We’re all nonbinary lesbians, social and love getting involved in the Manchester queer scene (please tell us what’s good, or better yet show us!!) we love a good night out and gigs as well as more slow-paced activities like thrifting, museums and finding the next best queer horror movie.

Connie will be starting their PGCE in biology, Ro is doing their PGCE in Art and Design, and Leah is starting a Social Sciences PGCE. We’re hoping to find a respectable, tidy house mate.

Rent will be £700 a month bills include (heat, electricity, water, wifi).
