Room available in Rusholme from Jan 2025

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the end of January 2025 as I'll be going on placement. Some details about the property:

- Double bedroom with en-suite
- £190/week including bills
- Rusholme location (next to Oxford Road), 5 min walk to Tesco, Lidl, Poundland, The Gym etc
- 20 min walk to UoM
- 2 min walk to bus stop that goes into city centre
- Large 8 bedroom house with only female Muslim students (all are very friendly and clean!)
- Large kitchen and living area, back garden
- Allocated fridge/cupboard spaces
- All bedrooms have en-suites
- Move in 26th Jan earliest
- Move out June at the earliest (but this can be extended)
- Pictures are from the summer - curtains were installed on the bedroom window before I moved in in Autumn. I can provide more images/videos if needed

Please note the replacement tenant has to be a female Muslim student or professional as this is required by the landlord.
