THE TERM:
We give preference to long term tenants. Our minimum tenancy term is 6 months at the prices advertised.

However, if you need a short-term tenancy (anything less than 6 months), you will be on a 30-day rolling contract which means you can leave with just 30-days’ notice. We can accommodate this if you fulfil the following conditions.
1. Move in as soon as possible
2. Pay £100 more per calendar month than what is advertised

● Long term security - We ask for the 2 weeks rent in advance.
● Short term security – As you will be paying £100 more, we do not take any security

THE HOUSE
● Includes all bills in the rent advertised as well as a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas
● Communal smart TV and comfortable sofas in living room
● Communal washing machine, large and small fridge freezer, cooker, oven, microwave and kettle
● All cutlery, tableware and utensils and cooking items provided

THE ROOMS
● Bedroom furniture provided
● Desks and chairs in most rooms
● Mostly double beds with a comfy, orthopaedic mattresses
● Linen provided, or you can bring your own
● All 4 rooms share a communal bathroom

THE LOCATION
● In the heart of Rushlome, with a huge Asda super market 5 mins walk away and many other shopping/eating options
● Less than 10-minute walk to MRI hospital
● Few minute walk to indoor and outdoor markets
● 15 minute walk to universities
● Easy transport links to Manchester City Centre and Media City
● There are plenty of local shops and take-aways within a few minute walk from the house including a Iceland, McDonalds, Dominos, Greggs, B&M, Home Bargains, Wilkos and many many more.
