4 bedroom house £95/week

Hi there, I'm looking for someone to replace me in a cheap 4 bedroom student house. Rent is £411.75 pcm paid at the start of every month. I have already paid the April rent so if you move in April you'll get a week or so rent free. Bills are not included; I was paying £40/month in winter but it'll be less now since you won't have to pay for heating. Water bills are already paid for upfront so you don't have to pay for water.

The house is situated right next to Lidl and Poundland on the curry mile, and is only a few minutes away from University of Manchester campus, making it an ideal place to live for UoM students during exam season.

There is a furnished single bedroom on the ground floor available with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, dresser, and desk.

House includes 1 shared bathroom, a good size living room, kitchen with two full size fridge-freezers, electric stove, washing machine, dryer, small back garden, and a spare room (not the one being advertised).

Our tenancy ends 30 June 2025 so the room is available till then.
