Available 2 Single Rooms available for short or long stays. Each room costs £600 per month,
One is available now and the other available on July 16th, deposit £200
All rooms are furnished and have a small fridge, equipped with private Shower For the two rooms
Bills included. (Internet, Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax)
A few steps from Wilmslow Road Rusholme where there are all the services bars restaurants cafes and five minutes from Oxford Road and Manchester University.
Very close to the park, 10 minutes to the center of Piccadilly, and 2 minutes from the bus stop for Manchester center (Piccadilly) there is also a night service Bus No 43 for the airport) 2 minutes walk from Tesco, Lidel, 5 minutes from Asda the other shops.
We are a family of two females and a male. They attend university and college.
