Fantastic Birchfields Room- Friendly Houseshare!!

We are Catia, Elliott and Dan, and we’re looking for a friendly, outgoing and relaxed housemate to join our lovely house on Hall Road, near Birchfields Park in South Manchester.

A little bit about ourselves: Catia is a project manager in interior design, Elliott is a project manager and Dan Programme Administrator at the University of Manchester. We are all quite independent and outgoing, but also enjoy doing things as a house such as cooking the odd communal meal, going to the pub and on hikes, having movie nights!

We’re looking for a professional person who is fun, relaxed, tidy and independent, but up for doing things together and chipping in to making sure the house is a great place to live. Unfortunately no students.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and plenty of space to make it your own. We’ve also got a big modern kitchen, two bathrooms, a cosy living room at the front and a back yard that we’ve converted into a nice outside space for bbq's (in the summer it's a bit of a sun trap!). The house is in a great location, close to buses and cycle routes in and out of town, as well as two huge parks and plenty of shops and yummy food along Curry Mile.

No agency fees - monthly bills go direct to our landlady who hits just the right balance between being proactive with house issues but remaining generally hands off the rest of the time. We sort out the bills ourselves, and they come to roughly £120 a month each - this includes gas, electricity, internet, council tax, water and a cleaner who comes every two weeks.
