Double Bedroom in Fallowfield available

My flatmate Pablo and I are looking for another person to join us in a lovely house in Fallowfield.

We just found someone to take over one room for September 6th and are looking for another person to take over the advertised bedroom around September 30th. The tenancy is until April 25th, 2026 and can be renewed.

I’m a 23 year-old Sociology graduate who recently moved to Manchester and I work in retail. In my spare time I like charity shopping, watching films, and most creative things.

Hi, my name is Pablo, I am a 26 yo engineer working in recycling. Outside of work I take interest in activism and music. I enjoy going to gigs and playing guitar and watching films.

The council tax and TV license is included in the rent and bills vary by the month. The deposit is £559. The house is in walking distance to several parks and shops (10 mins away from an Aldi and Morrisons Daily). There’s also a bus stop that heads to the city centre right by the house. We’re also a queer-friendly household :)

It would be great to have flatmates who like to get involved in the social dynamic of the house, but we respect your privacy as well.
