Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a student house in Rusholme, as I've recently left/quit University and moved back to my home city.
There are 3 girls and 3 boys. 4 housemates are going into their third year, and 2 housemates are going into their second year. They're a really sociable group and would love someone who cleans up after themselves and is open to meeting new friends!
It's an 8-bedroom house with a 7-person contract, so you'll get to pick between two rooms. The one you don't choose will be closed off.
Rent is £166 per week including bills, and the council tax band is B.
Out of the two rooms to choose from, I only have photos for one. The other room is located on the bottom floor, but is larger than the first room shown.
Tenancy starts from September.
