I’m looking for somebody to take over my tenancy. The accommodation is a 9 bedroom house sharing with 7 other people and is located in Rusholme. The rent is £160 per week, including all bills. Just 5 minutes walking distance from the house is the closest bus stop into the city centre and once on the bus it takes only 10-15 minutes to get to the city centre depending on traffic. The bedroom is spacious and includes a double bed, bedside table, desk, office chair, wardrobe, shelving unit, set of draws and a mirror on the wall.
