I have an en-suite double bedroom available for the right lodger in a non-student house with brand new bed, mattress and built-in wardrobe.

The kitchen is shared and comes with all electronics such as cooker, oven, air fryer, fridge, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

All bills are included in the rent including electricity, water, council tax, TV and internet connection.

Property is located near the University, park, hospitals, the city centre and is a few minutes walk away from the famous curry mile.
