My cat Bowie and I are looking for a new house mate to share our 2 bedroom terrace house which has a room available from mid October.
The room available is upstairs at the back of the house, good-sized double and is furnished. The house has 1 bathroom, separate lounge and dining room. Kitchen, yard and on street parking.
30 second walk to bus stop. Situated 5 min walk to the curry mile and 40 min walk into town. Also Platt fields Park is a 2 min walk away.
Im preferably looking for a woman to live with. I'm not looking to share with a male housemate.
The house is suited to a calm, mature person.
I like to paint and draw as well as go for walks in nature. Visit friends and cook a big veggie meal.
Pet cat or a calm dog considered.
Not suitable for fulltime students.

Monthly rent is £725 all bills included.
