You will have the use of the full house: a large living room, dining room, a kitchen with access to a sunny courtyard and a large garden, while the basement contains the washing machine and dryer.

All bills (with fast broadband) are included in the monthly rent.

Two other residents are the landlord (a university lecturer), who is only at the house on average three days per week, while the second (a student) is at the house full-time. The person who takes the room will have the house to themselves much of the time.
