Looking for someone to take over my tenancy

I've just finished my Master's degree and gotten a job back home, so I'm urgently looking for a student to take over my tenancy. This means the room is available ASAP, even before the official start date of November 30th, so let's talk if you need an earlier move-in date.

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from November 30th to June 30th, 2026.

About the Room & House
This is the largest room in the house, with great natural light from two windows and tons of storage, including two sets of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe (as you can see in the video).
You'll be living in a six-bedroom house with five other lovely students and two shared bathrooms. The rent is a fantastic £693 per month, including all bills (a huge plus!).
The house is located in the Rusholme area, which is perfect for students. You'll have easy access to multiple bus stops that will take you straight to the city centre. For groceries, there's a Lidl about a 20-minute walk away.

Tenancy Details
To secure the room, I am asking for a deposit of £400 directly to me. However, I’m keen to move out quickly, so I'm willing to consider and negotiate a lower deposit!
